Wishy washy on what he thinks happened. One of those times where you know he might be thinking the right thing, but he's afraid to say it out loud.

I was irritated by Geraldo the other day. He acts like Mr. Know-it-all. He was doing a 'I knew it was only 1 shooter, I knew the Army was overreacting, I was right' yadda yadda yadda.

How does one over react to 14 innocent people ... heroes about to go overseas to serve their country, being killed by a nut?

Well he meant overreacting and thinking it was more than 1 shooter, he of course knew it had to be only one.

Obviously he hasn't had any military training. You always assume the worst and hope for the best. Then you are prepared.

So why haven't they gone crazy? Because you don't get PTSD from sitting on your ass around Walter Reed. Not only is it not possible to “catch” secondhand PTSD, but it is not that kind of a place. I would know, I was a patient there for nine months. The place is simply not that stressful or chaotic. When I was there my PTSD got better, not worse. And I would be willing to bet my dog tags that I saw far more wounded Soldiers than shit bag major did during our overlapping time there in 2007. I regularly visited...

In the comments left...seems someone feels the same way Sunny

I wish that they would post your comments on every blog possible, and maybe force friggin' Geraldo to read it out loud.

And he's on there saying how he knows how the Muslim community feels because when he was a kid any time there is a big crime his Dad used to take the whole family and pray that it wasn't a Puerto Rican that did it. I used to like Geraldo, but I don't know, he used to seem ok, but everything he says now just irritates the heck out of me.

Lieberman Suggests Army Shooter Was 'Home-Grown Terrorist'

By BRODY MULLINS

A senior U.S. senator on Sunday said the shootings at Fort Hood could have been a terrorist attack, and that he would launch a congressional investigation into whether the U.S. military could have prevented it.

Sen. Joe Lieberman, an independent from Connecticut who heads the Senate's Homeland Security and Government Affairs Committee, said initial evidence suggested that the alleged shooter, Army Major Nidal Hasan, was a "self-radicalized, home-grown terrorist" who had turned to Islamic extremism while under personal stress.
Mr. Hasan, an Army psychiatrist, had opened fire Thursday at a soldier processing center at Fort Hood, Tex., killing 13 and wounding 29 in the worst mass shooting on a military facility in the U.S.
Mr. Lieberman, appearing on "Fox News Sunday," cautioned that it remained too early to draw any definitive conclusions. He said his comments were based on "reports that we are receiving" about Mr. Hasan's actions and comments.
